1. Veterinary Services
Due to the nature of professional veterinary services:
- Fees for consultations, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable once services have been provided.
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.
2. Product Returns (Online Shop)
We accept returns for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Prescription medications
- Opened food or supplements
- Perishable or clearance items
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
